As we bid farewell to the late Anthony Zimba, who served as IBE Vice President Africa from 2009 to 2017 and as Treasurer from 2017 to the time of his death, we would like to pause and reflect on his many great achievements over the course of a lifetime; on the care and support he provided to people with epilepsy and those who care for them, not only in his beloved Africa but across the world; and on special moments he shared with colleagues and friends.
We are gathering stories and condolences to compile into a Book of Condolence. The book will be shared online on the IBE website and we will also provide it to Anthony’s family as a reminder of the high esteem in which he was held by people around the world.
